Please refer to Imagenomic's web site Customer Care Center powered by Share-It, whereby you can not only view your order status but also receive your product activation code(s) on the spot.

Depending on the purchase option used (e.g. credit card, paypal, wire transfer, etc.), there can sometimes be a delay in processing and verifying a customer order.
