How do I retrieve a lost license key?

If you made your purchase after November 2006, please use our Customer Care Center powered by our webshop partner, Share-It, whereby you can not only view your order status and history but also receive your product activation code(s) on the spot. Also, US customers can reach Share-It's Customer Service at support@us.shareit.com or by phone at 1-800-903-4152.

If you purchased before November 2006, please submit a ticket or send a lost key request to support@imagenomic.com specifying as much information as possible so that we can locate your record in our database.
